1. General Policy

Due to the nature of AI video generation and the immediate processing costs associated with rendering Story Shorts and UGC videos, all subscription purchases and credit top-ups on GetShorts.ai are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once canceled, future renewals will be halted. You will continue to have full access to your plan's features and credits until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

We understand that exceptions occur. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following strict conditions:

• Within 3 Days: You may request a full refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase, provided that you have consumed 0% of your allocated credits.
• Usage Limit: If you have generated multiple videos or used more than a minimal portion of your credits, your purchase is considered fully consumed and non-refundable.
• Renewals: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. It is your responsibility to cancel your plan prior to the billing date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience severe technical issues, platform-wide outages, or if the Service fundamentally fails to deliver the promised video generation tools, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a prorated refund or account credit. Dissatisfaction with subjective AI output quality does not guarantee a refund.
